Meet the Founder

Colleen Tomlinson is originally from Toronto and now based in France, the founder of AXIS Sports combines strategic thinking, creative insight, and an international perspective to help organisations navigate the evolving sports landscape. She speaks over seven languages, she has worked with leading organisations including Paris Saint-Germain, DAZN, Above Sports, SZN ONE, We Are Sisko, MIND3D, All In For Sport, and a range of sports technology and innovation businesses.

A winner of the 2024 SportsPro Hackathon, she is passionate about helping brands stay relevant in an increasingly digital and culture-driven world. Her expertise sits at the intersection of sport, fashion, entertainment, lifestyle, and digital strategy, helping organisations connect with modern audiences in authentic and meaningful ways. With a particular focus on women, Gen Z, and emerging Gen Alpha audiences, she is driven by the belief that the future of sport belongs to brands that understand culture, embrace change, and build genuine connections with their communities.
